The PwC immigration network consists of more than 600 practitioners in 116 countries.Julia is co-editor of several leading textbooks on immigration law and currently represents the International Bar Association as a core stakeholder to the UK Border Agency. In 2005 Julia was appointed a member of the Advisory Board to the UK Minister on Naturalisation and Immigration.

Ed is lead partner for our Employment and Pensions Group, specialising in advisory and contentious employment law. He gained the majority of his legal experience in-house and across the banking, insurance and professional services sectors. Ed is experienced in working with employers to resolve work place conflicts (including through mediation); advising on numerous individual hires, team moves and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in the UK and internationally; and advising clients in both the Employment Tribunal and High Court on all types of employment litigation including significant experience of high profile discrimination claims. Ed also has particular expertise in advising on partnership law, including the drafting of partnership agreements; the recruitment, retention and retirement of partners; and the resolution of partner disputes.

Vanessa Morgan is a partner in the Employment and Pensions Group, specialising in advisory and contentious employment law. She has considerable experience of working with financial institutions and corporates and has undertaken a number of secondments to investment banking clients. Vanessa has particular expertise in relation to reward, equal pay and bonus disputes. She heads our Equality group and works in close conjunction with experts in the Human Resource Services business of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Nick is a partner in the Employment and Pensions Group and specialises in employment and international HR legal issues, including mobility. He has experience across the whole range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious, often in conjunction with the tax and HR specialists within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has particular expertise in international HR issues including cross-border restructuring, outsourcing, off-shoring and the movement of international assignees; and the employment law aspects of remuneration arrangements.
