Shirley is a partner in the firm's Corporate group. She advises private companies on all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements and company law compliance. Shirley is also the firm's expert on limited liability partnerships (LLPs), advising corporates on transferring their businesses to LLPs, promoting employees to membership in LLPs, LLP start-ups and the use of LLPs in group structures.

Richard is a partner in and head of the Corporate group. He leads the Corporate Structuring team and has unrivalled experience of advising large corporates (both listed and multinationals) and multi-territory organisations on complex cross-border structuring and compliance projects. Richard works closely with tax specialists in PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of a team providing a combined tax and legal offering. Richard also leads the international corporate structuring network which covers over 75 territories within the PwC network.

A partner in the Corporate group, Alistair leads the Mergers and Acquisitions team. He focuses mainly on the private company arena, acting for buyers and sellers in international and domestic transactions, and advising both private equity house and management teams in private equity transactions and refinancings. Alistair also has considerable experience with corporate structuring work for listed, unlisted, domestic and international corporate groups. Globally, Alistair is also the leader for Central and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus within the PwC Legal network of firms.

Craig is a partner in the Corporate group, specialising in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for corporate and private equity clients. He also frequently acts for management teams in buyout situations and for sellers of owner-managed businesses. As part of his international M&A focus, Craig leads PwC Legal's China Business Team, helping Chinese investors move into the UK. In addition to this M&A focus, Craig is also a specialist in LLP conversions, frequently acting alongside the PwC Tax practice in this area.
