Simon is a partner and heads up the Real Estate group. He also works closely with the Real Estate team at PwC LLP. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property. Simon's expertise includes complex purchases and disposals, joint ventures and acquisition structures, property management and troubleshooting. He also performs a general counsel advisory role for clients in the property, construction, retail and leisure sectors.
