Ensuring a globally mobile workforce for an oil and gas multinational

We advised a multinational oil and gas company which operates in over 100 countries and employs more than 32,000 people worldwide. Finding sufficient numbers of employees with the relevant experience is often a problem for this client.

It's recruitment drive has become more focused on less economically developed countries such as India, Romania, China and Lithuania amongst many others. Due to the nature of the work it is necessary for all employees to be globally mobile and so our team were asked to provide advice on any potential immigration issues for employees from these locations.
