A hotel group bridges the gap: From Japan to Asia Pacific

We advised one of the world’s largest hotel groups that operate in over 100 countries worldwide. It needed to transfer some senior staff to Japan from other Asia Pacific countries as a result of a joint venture. Our team coordinated all the necessary immigration documentation from the UK and, in conjunction with PwC Japan, advised on all resulting employment law, tax and social security issues that arose.

The transfer of staff went smoothly and as a result we have been invited to pitch for all of the client’s future global immigration requirements.
