Our structuring team predominantly works for large listed companies and multinational organisations with a need to restructure part of their business. Projects may be undertaken for a number of reasons such as tax efficiency, corporate simplification, a demerger, acquisition or disposal, business closure and rationalisation.

The majority of our work involves advice on financing structures, and business and subsidiary transfers. Our corporate and commercial structuring services are provided by a team with a depth of professional experience and commercial acumen that enables them to be engaged in projects of considerable complexities in terms of the number of project stages involved as well as the number of jurisdictions

Working closely with tax experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers, ensures that regional tax and legal requirements are considered from the outset.
