Governance, advisory and compliance services

Our company secretarial team provides governance, advisory and compliance services to one of the world’s largest online financial trading companies.  The company is expected to float on the London Stock Exchange later this year.

We have helped it formalise its board processes and policies and prepared a global corporate governance document for them to roll out across the group.  We have also provided guidance on how to properly administer its existing share schemes and taken responsibility for the company’s global statutory compliance obligations for all of its legal entities in 15 countries.  We have set up an entity management database in order to provide visibility of corporate information and compliance obligations enabling greater oversight and control of the company’s group structure.
