Expansion into Asia, Europe and South America for carbon credit trading plc

We advised a carbon credit trading plc based in the UK. Due to a thriving business they wanted to expand into Asia, Europe and South America. In order to do this it instructed PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal to advise on the set-ups in these areas which included work on registrations; payroll; corporate tax; and employment reviews.
