Nick is a partner in the HR legal group and specialises in employment and international HR legal issues, including mobility. He has experience across the whole range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious, and often in conjunction with the tax and HR specialists within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Nick has particular expertise in international HR issues including cross-border restructuring, outsourcing, off-shoring and the movement of international assignees.
