Mark Whitehouse

Mark is a partner and jointly heads up the Tax Litigation group with Agnes Quashie. He has specialised in tax litigation for over 17 years. During this time, he has taken cases to the tax tribunals and higher Courts, conducted judicial review challenges and handled references to the European Court. He spent a period working for HMRC Solicitor's Office and so has a very good understanding of HMRC and how it handles disputes. Mark has particular experience in group litigation orders, tax planning challenges, employment taxes and transfer pricing. He is also a member of PwC's Tax Dispute Resolution Network which brings together various tax skill-sets within PwC to provide an holistic solution to clients dealing with HMRC.
