Laura Cox is a partner and leads the Financial Services team. She advises on financial services regulation and on establishing new investment funds and investment management businesses.
She advises clients on regulatory authorisations, compliance with EU and FSA regulation, and product development. She is experienced in designing and implementing innovative fund structures for private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds, OEICs and other investment funds.
She also regularly advises institutional investors, pension funds and other investors in considering potential investments.
