Darryl Evans is a partner in the HR legal team, specialising in employment law. His wide experience includes UK and multi-territory transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, transfers or undertakings and redundancy programmes. He also handles contract and termination matters, particularly in senior executive and expatriate situations. A lot of Darryl's work is done in close conjunction with experts in the Human Resource Services business of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
