Darryl is a partner in the HR legal group, specialising in employment law. His wide experience includes UK and multi-territory transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, transfers of undertakings and redundancy programmes. He also handles contract and termination matters, particularly in senior executive and expatriate situations. A lot of Darryl's work is done in close conjunction with experts in the Human Resource Services business of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
