Trainee vacation scheme

We operate a paid summer and winter vacation programmes in June/July each year. The three week programme is designed to provide you with an opportunity to experience three different practice groups and gain an insight into the type of work that a trainee solicitor should expect to do, such as research, drafting of legal documentation and attending client meetings. You will also attend learning and development sessions giving you an introduction to all of our practice groups and expanding your technical knowledge. You will alsohave the opportunity to work on a case study at the end of your placement

You will have time to get to know our current trainees, partners and other staff through a number of different social events throughout your placement with us.

The programmes are open to candidates who are at least penultimate year law or final year non-law students and operate in conjunction with the recruitment process for our training contracts. Successful applicants for the vacation programmes will automatically qualify for a training contract and will be advised of the outcome at the end of the vacation placement.
